What You’ll Do
As a Security team member at Misfits Haymarket and Outcast, you’ll play a vital role as the first impression of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ensuring the safety of our team, guests, and business by maintaining a secure environment.
- Monitoring and diffusing situations where guests may become overly intoxicated.
- Acting as a calm and professional presence to handle any security concerns.
- Upholding a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Two guests begin arguing and it looks like the situation may become physical. What are your priorities, and how would you respond?
- Someone you know personally tries to enter the venue without meeting an entry requirement and asks you to let it slide. How would you handle it?
- During a busy night, you notice something concerning in another security team member’s area that they have not noticed yet. What would you do?
- Can you perform the essential physical functions of this position, with or without reasonable accomodation?
- Are you available to work our required peak shifts, including Friday and Saturday nights, major game days, special events, and select holidays?
