A Silverado Plumbing CSR
- Serves customers with a positive attitude and is excited to get to work each day!
- Evaluates each customer's needs and matches them with the right technician for their job.
- Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
- Participates in ongoing training to grow and develop as a professional.
- Works well with other team members to promote a positive, "win-win-win" culture.
What Does It Take?
- High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to make solid connections with colleagues and customers.
- Accurate and detailed record-keeping in a fast-paced environment!
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (or similar) programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
- Preferred knowledge of dispatch software, Service Titan experience is a bonus!
- Ability to type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Preferred general knowledge of Plumbing and the Tucson Area
- Ability to work Saturdays
