SALARY RANGE - This position pays $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr. The Spa Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering exceptional spa experiences through the coordination of group business, spa events, and daily operations. This position supports the management team in overseeing front-of-house operations while acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure seamless service, elevated guest experiences, and operational excellence.
Essential Functions
Group & Event Coordination
•Lead the planning and execution of group spa activities, wellness events, and member programming
•Serve as the primary on-site contact for group bookings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
•Collaborate with internal departments to support group experiences and special events
•Support revenue growth through thoughtful programming and event execution
Operations & Guest Experience
•Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a high level of service, organization, and efficiency
•Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), maintaining a strong presence on the floor, supporting team members, and resolving guest needs in real time
•Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and overall front desk operations
•Maintain a full understanding of all spa services, retail, and wellness offerings to guide guests and team members
•Provide spa tours and enhance the overall guest journey
Team Leadership & Support
•Supervise and support spa team members, particularly front desk operations
•Assist with training, coaching, and performance oversight to uphold service standards
•Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven team environment
•Support recruitment efforts and act as a brand ambassador for Silverado Resort
Operational Excellence
•Ensure the spa is clean, organized, and fully operational at all times, including opening and closing procedures
•Monitor scheduling and adjust based on business demand to optimize productivity and guest flow
•Assist with inventory management, cost control, and retail operations
•Utilize spa software for scheduling, billing, and reporting functions
Qualifications
•Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or wellness leadership role preferred
•Strong organizational, communication, and guest service skills
•Ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
•Proficiency in spa software and Microsoft Office preferred
•CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Work Conditions & Schedule
•Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
•Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
