Qualifications
- Relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to engage with residents, families, and community partners
- Event planning and coordination experience, including organizing and executing community engagement activities
- Strong public relations and presentation skills to effectively promote Silverado's mission and services
- Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a passion for working with individuals with memory care needs
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Basic knowledge of senior health care services and memory care is preferred but not required
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
