What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant Home Care position at Silver Touch HHC?
Silver Touch HHC is looking for a Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant Part Time, to join our team! We offer a flexible schedule and a sign on BONUS $1500 for a part time position(minimum of 16 hours per week) You will receive $750.00 at the completion of six months employment and the remaining $750.00 at the completion of one year employment.
You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
- Record and document patient care services
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
