Silver Time Adult Medical Day Care in Toms River is looking for a part-time certified social worker responsible for client admissions, assessment, crises intervention, care planning, marketing, family outreach and coordinating treatment plans with other community resources.

CSW or LSW required. Minimum experience of 1 year working with geriatric clients.

Salary : $22 - $25
