Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• Pay Range: $70-80 per hour

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  
  
  

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:

• Part-Time: Position does not require billable hours for first 2-3 months. Hourly compensation begins after that at 10 hours per week and potential to take on more hours.
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Arizona LBA is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
