We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an HVAC & Plumbing Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing their needs through both inbound and outbound calls. - Proficient in data entry and navigating various computer systems and software applications.

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required; experience in plumbing or HVAC customer service is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to learn additional job functions to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with a variety of service requests related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional, empathetic, and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Perform data entry tasks and update customer information accurately within the system.
- Flexibility to take on other duties as assigned by management to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Answer incoming calls from customers requesting service, providing them with accurate information and assistance.
- Manage service order billing, process payments, and issue invoices as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
