General Summary: The Brand Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all company events, environments, and touchpoints reflect our approved brand standards. This role is responsible for executing event logistics, maintaining brand consistency across physical spaces, and supporting internal and external-facing initiatives with attention to detail and brand accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to making sure that our brand guidelines are implemented consistently and effectively, ensuring that the look, feel, and experience of our brand remain cohesive and true to our established identity.
Essential Duties:
· In coordination with the corporate branding guidelines ensures all corporate locations and corporate fleet portrays appropriate branding standards and reflects a professional appearance and quality.
· Responsible for managing the employee clothing program, ensuring consistent and high-quality branding in uniforms and gear.
· Monitor and report on brand compliance across locations, materials, and touchpoints—ensuring accuracy and consistency that reflect the corporate messaging.
· Responsible for owning all aspects of corporate events that include but are not limited to internal meetings, community outreach, and customer-facing events, including lodging, food and beverage, travel, entertainment, and venue management
· Manage sponsorship and donation requests, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of supporting assets.
· In collaboration with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing make recommendation on corporate branding to align with corporate strategy
· Assist in implementing marketing programs and sales promotions that support sales goals.
· Complete and provide product-specific data and details to advertising and marketing communications teams.
· Collaborate with internal designers, marketing staff, and external agencies to produce and distribute promotional content.
· Participate in the review and approval process for ads, marketing collateral, and branded materials to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· May provide coaching or mentorship to support staff or interns.
· Travel regularly to all markets to ensure corporate locations meet branding standards and to support regional or company-wide events.
·Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Requirements:
· High School Diploma Required, plus 2 years of proven successful event experience.
· Ability to hold a valid Wyoming or Idaho Driver’s License.
