Description
- Respond promptly to security alerts, incidents, and emergencies as required.
- Conduct periodic patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and access controls.
- Investigate disturbances and take appropriate action based on company protocol.
- Aid employees, clients, and visitors in security matters.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and observations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid PERC and FOID card REQUIRED.
- Additional credentials such as 20HR Armed and Unarmed Training.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
- Ability to remain alert and respond swiftly to security concerns.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physical ability to patrol, stand, and respond to emergencies.
- Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Must be available for on-call shifts and able to report to duty promptly.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must pass a background check.
