- **Sweep shop floor**: Keep walkways clear of sawdust, metal shavings, and debris to prevent slips and trips.
- **Support assembly teams**: Proactively assist builders by clearing scrap material from their immediate assembly areas.
- **Empty trash bins**: Collect and dispose of shop refuse, sawdust bags, and recycling regularly throughout the day.
- **Clean around machinery**: Safely sweep and vacuum debris around active CNCs, table saws, and panel saws.
- **Maintain common areas**: Clean, sanitize, and restock plant bathrooms, breakrooms, and handwash stations daily.
- **Organize materials**: Return loose tools, wood off-cuts, or raw materials to their proper storage racks.
- **Identify safety hazards**: Promptly report blocked emergency exits, liquid spills, or machine blockages to supervisors.
- **Physical stamina**: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- **Team player mindset**: Willingness to jump in and help builders organize their workspaces to maximize efficiency.
- **Safety awareness**: High caution when working around active machinery like saws and CNC routers.
- **Reliability**: Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and punctual shift starts.
