Silver Star Construction is searching for an experienced Asphalt Crew Foreman to oversee paving operations on roadway and civil construction projects throughout Oklahoma.

Daily Responsibilities
- Manage asphalt paving crews on roadway construction projects.
- Coordinate equipment, labor, and materials for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure paving operations meet project specifications.
- Monitor production while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
- Develop crew members through coaching and training.
- Complete required paperwork and production reports.
- Inspect equipment and schedule repairs when necessary.
- Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of asphalt paving experience.
- Two or more years supervising construction crews.
- Working knowledge of asphalt paving equipment and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Demands
- Work outdoors year-round.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, and walking.
- Flexible availability for overtime and weekend work.
