Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Painters and Sprayers to join our team doing large scale Residential Construction spraying and painting, Full Time, Year Round directly for the Developer/Builder. All Local Work, No Seasonal Slow-downs.
Responsibilities
- Apply paint using conventional spray painting, airless paint spraying, and construction spray painting techniques.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete surface preparation and coating applications efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing materials and disposing of waste according to safety protocols.
- Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing provided respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment during all phases of work.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial coating applications, or related construction projects preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless systems), brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction painting environments.
- Experience with renovation projects involving drywall installation/removal, plastering, caulking, fixture installation, and general maintenance tasks.
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material quantities accurately.
- Attention to detail combined; capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
