The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working health environment, and has previous office experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare for the patient visit, including setting up and pulling charts, setting up insurance guarantors, and collecting copayments
- Answer phones and setting up patient appointments
- Assist patients to schedule their care visit for therapy
- Organize and process incoming faxes, lab results, referral sheets and general office duties
- Excellent customer service skills, including in person and on phone
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Spanish speakers is a definite plus!
