What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Restaurant Staff position at Silver Spring Country Club?
Silver Spring Country Club is looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our Food & Beverage team for the summer season. We are hiring Summer Restaurant Staff and will determine each employee’s role based on experience, strengths, and the needs of the operation.
Positions may include host/hostess, busser, food runner, or server. Team members will help provide excellent service to our members and guests while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and assisting members and guests
- Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Assisting servers and managers with service needs
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service areas
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Job Requirements:
