What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Clerk position at Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC?
Responsible for selling, exchanging or return of retail merchandise.
Essential Job Functions:
- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Greet guests as they enter retail shop and thank them as they leave;
- Expected to be friendly, helpful and eager to assist our guests with any questions they may have about casino or events happening;
- Responsible for employee bank issued at start of shift and returned at end of shift;
- Assist with retail inventory during shift, keep items neat, straight, counters clean and orderly, clothing hanging neatly on and hangers and other merchandising items;
- Inform manager of items that are low so that they can be replenished;
- Strong cash handling skills
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Education
Preferred- High School or better
