Responsible for the operational control of food operations on assigned shift.
• Excellent internal/external guest service;
• Execution of meal plan laid out by Executive Sous Chef;

• Interviews qualified candidates for open positions;
• Schedules and approves changes in schedule for assigned shift;
• Trains and counsels employees according to SSC policies and procedures;
