Duties

- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies requiring first aid or CPR if certified
- Enforce loss prevention policies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary
- Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate effectively with law enforcement or emergency services when required
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved
- Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or theft
Skills
