Registered Nurse (RN) Consultant — 3 Days per Week
$55,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
Silver Senior Consulting is hiring an RN to support six assisted living communities in Monroe, Wadesboro, Hamlet, Laurinburg, Red Springs, and Fairmont. Rockingham/Hamlet is a practical home base for this territory.
Work three 8-hour days per week, including drive time. You choose your schedule and must maintain the same recurring schedule. Visit one facility per workday, with each facility visited every other week.
Responsibilities:
- Complete LHPS and other required nursing assessments
- Perform PCA and medication aide competency check-offs
- Administer and read TB tests as needed
- Provide staff education and communicate clinical concerns
- Complete assessments and after-visit documentation in the SSC portal the same day
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted RN license valid in North Carolina
- Reliable transportation and ability to cover all six locations
- Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Assisted living, long-term care, or home health experience preferred
