Embroidery Operations Associate
Silver Screen Decoration & Fulfillment Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Weekends as needed) Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $16.50–$18/hr, based on experience and meeting productivity goals
About the RoleThe Embroidery Operations Associate (aka Finisher) is responsible to clean and pack up jobs coming off the embroidery machines. Monitor quality of all work performed by your crewmembers: decorating, finishing, machine changes, material counts, prep, packing, and clean up. Other duties as assigned.

Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Prior production or warehouse experience a plus

- Reliable, on-time attendance with consistent productivity throughout the shift
- Works cooperatively with teammates and contributes to a positive floor culture
- Demonstrates flexibility and initiative in learning new machines, tasks, and processes
- Uses downtime productively (assisting teammates, staging work, prep, 5S/cleanup)
- Consistently completes assigned daily schedules while meeting quality standards
- Willing and available to support overtime during peak periods, including some Saturdays
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $16.50–$18/hr, based on experience and meeting productivity goals

- Monday–Friday
- Weekends as needed during busy period
