Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare dough, sauces, and fresh toppings. Cook pizzas, and menu items to store standards.
- Oven & Station Management: Stretch dough, assemble orders, and manage oven times to deliver hot, high-quality food quickly.
- Order Accuracy: Read kitchen tickets accurately to ensure pickup, delivery, and dine-in orders are correct every time.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Keep your station clean and organized, follow food safety guidelines, and complete opening/closing cleaning duties.
- Teamwork: Work closely with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to maintain a fast, positive work flow.
