Role Description
This full-time, on-site Service Analyst position is based in Cincinnati, OH. The Service Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, providing deskside and user support, managing system updates and device setups, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing service-related inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
- Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to team members and clients
- Basic understanding of Finance principles as they relate to IT services
- Proven Technical Support experience with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues
