Description:
The Events Coordinator helps create an engaging, high-energy entertainment experience for our members by supporting the execution of our unique Jubilation brand. This role partners closely with the Director of Entertainment to assist with day-to-day operations, event coordination, and administrative support. The position requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends, based on community needs.
Principle Duties
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily and monthly entertainment and event calendars
- Support the Director of Entertainment with daily operations and evening programs
- Create, manage, and deploy digital content displayed throughout the community
- Serve as a confident and engaging presence during events, including speaking in front of groups and using a microphone as needed
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including light lifting and moving furniture before and after events

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation
- Basic filming and video editing skills (YouTube content, iMovie experience a plus)
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Work is typically performed in well-lit, comfortable indoor environments
- Must be able to remain focused with frequent interruptions
- Ability to walk or stand for up to 75% of the workday
- Ability to lift and move light furniture and event materials as needed
