Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Lead based in Baltimore, MD. The Construction Lead will perform and lead others in a variety of manual tasks including drywall work, flooring installation, assisting with construction and renovation projects, and maintaining a safe and organized worksite. Additional responsibilities may include operating basic construction tools, ensuring materials are readily available, and supporting skilled tradespeople as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in drywall, painting, and Flooring and possess hand tools.
- Knowledge of Construction techniques and experience with general construction tasks
- Understanding of Renovation processes and practices
- Ability to conduct basic Research and apply findings to practical work
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations and proper use of safety equipment
- Previous experience on construction sites preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
