Silver Peak Reconditioning is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team.

This isn't just a job washing cars. We're looking for someone who can eventually take ownership of detailing appointments from start to finish — completing quality work, communicating with customers, managing their time, and representing Silver Peak professionally.

No professional detailing experience is required. We're willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is reliability, work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle details
• Complete maintenance details and washes
• Vacuum, clean, and protect interior surfaces
• Clean wheels, tires, glass, and exterior surfaces
• Work independently once trained
• Communicate directly and professionally with customers
• Provide customers with job updates when necessary
• Take before-and-after/completion photos
• Explain our services and answer basic customer questions
• Recommend additional services when they genuinely benefit the customer
• Introduce eligible customers to our maintenance programs
• Maintain and organize detailing equipment, chemicals, and work areas
• Follow Silver Peak's detailing processes and quality standards
• Manage your time and appointments efficiently

Work will primarily take place at our shop, with some mobile appointments as needed.

Pay & Bonuses

Base pay ranges from $18–$22/hour, depending on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.

In addition to hourly pay, employees can earn:

Schedule

We're currently looking for part-time or full-time help, depending on availability and experience.

We're looking for someone we can trust with our customers and their vehicles, not simply someone who can follow a cleaning checklist.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, photos, and customer communication
• Professional communication and appearance
• Detailing experience preferred, but not required

Paid training is provided.
