Carpenter / Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter/Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, framing, trim carpentry, and working with various tools and materials. Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, Flooring and decking
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
• Install fixtures, flooring, tile laying, wood and metal stud framing
• Conduct demolition and remodeling work as needed
• Handle heavy lifting and assist with material handling across job sites
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met with high-quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work or related fields such as restoration industry experience or maintenance person services
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other construction equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
• Strong understanding of various trades including carpentry (woodworking), tile installation is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour
