We're looking for a hands-on administrator to lead Silver Oak, a skilled nursing and rehab community in Marion. You'll run day-to-day operations and build a strong, stable team.

- Lead all departments and the IDT
- Own census, admissions and referral relationships
- Manage budget, labor and staffing
- Keep us survey-ready and compliant (state CMS)
- Be visible to residents, families and staff
What you bring:
- Current Iowa NHA license (or eligible for reciprocity)
- 2 years as an administrator in skilled nursing
- Track record growing census and steadying a team
$120k–$160k bonus, health benefits, PTO.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
