What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Silver Moon Development?

We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to provide our customers and vendors with accurate sales and inventory of valuable Antiques and Collectibles from a staff member that smiles and is happy to provide great customer service. This position is available for Saturday and Sunday part time hire.

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning, not limited to dusting and bathrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
-Able to lift up to 50lbs
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Familiarity with electronics, technical, or wireless sales is desirable but not required. We will train.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products
