Duties
- Oversee daily operations of sober living apartments, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
- Provide crisis intervention and conflict management to address resident concerns promptly and effectively
- Monitor medication administration, behavioral health progress, and compliance with treatment plans
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and data collection related to resident progress and program documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, social services, and community resources to support residents’ recovery goals
- Supervise staff or volunteers involved in childcare or security duties within the facility
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive resident interactions and community standards
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in residential or community settings
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations quickly
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and behavioral health practices
- Excellent communication skills for effective case management and stakeholder collaboration
