Position Summary:
Silver Linings Recovery is seeking highly motivated Bachelors or Masters level clinicians who are pursuing or hold credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), or a related professional license or working towards licensure. Clinicians will provide therapeutic services, support treatment planning, and play an essential role in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide individual, group, and family counseling for clients with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.
· Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
· Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support relapse prevention strategies.
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to program and regulatory standards.
· Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Or working towards a degree in these fields.
· Actively working towards licensure (LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or already licensed.
· Knowledge of substance use disorders, mental health, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
· Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience providing clinical services in substance use or behavioral health settings.
· Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based practices.
· Bilingual abilities are highly valued.
