Day Shift Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours - flexibility to fill in nights/weekend shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence — Provide warm, outstanding service to every guest
Daily Operations — Open the shop and oversee smooth day‑to‑day operations
Inventory & Ordering — Monitor stock levels and place supply orders
Training & Support — Assist with onboarding and supporting team members
Communication — Maintain clear communication with ownership and staff
Shop Upkeep — Help keep the shop clean, organized, and welcoming
