Entry-Level SWPPP Crew Member

We provide full SWPPP services for construction sites, including installation and maintenance of BMPs—and we’re willing to train the right person.

No experience? No problem. If you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel with a crew to construction sites using company vehicles
• Perform hands-on, physical work on active job sites
• Install and maintain erosion control and stormwater BMPs
• Work outdoors in a variety of conditions
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate and work as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work
• Comfortable with physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs (more with help)
• Willing to work longer days during busy seasons
• Able to follow directions and learn new skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to read basic maps and directions
• DOT physical required upon hire

Construction or outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required.
