What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Silver Leaf Property Management?
This position includes light general labor work. Work will include but not be limited to all types of light property maintenance including painting, snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, etc. May assist with both interior and exterior maintenance as well as project assistance work. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools helpful. Must be able to work on high equipment, such as lifts, ladders etc. Adaptable to learn maintenance duties inside buildings when needed. Will meet with supervisor every morning and be given daily duties.
Reliable transportation will be necessary. There is additional compensation for this.
