What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Technician position at Silver Leaf Animal Hospital?
We are currently seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our fun, fast-growing practice! Our team includes three doctors and three registered veterinary technicians who work hard every day to provide excellent care—while still enjoying what we do. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, supportive environment where teamwork and a love for animals are at the heart of everything.
Our clinic is busy, but we believe that a great attitude and a sense of humor make all the difference. We truly enjoy working together and are looking for someone who will fit right in with our close-knit team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technician who is confident jumping into a hands-on role. Responsibilities include running exam rooms, monitoring patients during surgery, and performing dental procedures. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Experience with Avimark is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
