Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, including specialty cocktails and spirits.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring correct handling of cash and card payments.
- Handle cash transactions with basic math skills to give correct change and process sales smoothly.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables and bar stations.
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless service experiences.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling.
- Experience in cocktail preparation and knowledge of spirits is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
