What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paraprofessional position at Silver Lake Regional High School?
Silver Lake High School is seeking a paraprofessional whose primary role is to support students with moderate disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
- supporting students in general education classes
- providing accommodations to students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans
- collaborating with regular education and Special Education teachers
- administering MCAS exams
- and other duties to be assigned by building administration.
Hours are 7:30am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday.
Hourly rate is between $18.28 - $22.38 depending on experience.
As a full time employee, this is a benefits eligible position through Silver Lake including paid sick and personal days.
