Job Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team to work on apartments. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently or with others. The candidate should be able to work on painting, cleaning, lawn and snow care, and other light maintenance stuff.
Duties:
- Paint, Clean, and turn apartments and hallways
- Haul furniture and appliances around. (Must be able to lift 80lbs or more)
-Lawn and Snow Care
-Driver's License is a plus
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
