Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise a team of nursing professionals and provide direct care to our residents. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to State and Federal regulations
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans utilizing the nursing process
• Assess each resident daily and implement changes as needed
• Assist the physician on rounds and ensure that pertinent information is communicated to and from him/her and orders are taken correctly
• Participate in the training and supervision of nursing personnel
• Utilize effective problem-solving and communication skills to manage conflict
• Act calmly and efficiently in handling emergency situations
• Prepare daily assignment of duties, treatments, and miscellaneous tasks
