Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments
- Supervise and direct a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct routine rounds to assess patient status and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members to support the growth and development of the team
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
