What You'll Do
This dynamic position combines leadership, customer service, organization, and student support. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting school leadership with daily operations, communications, scheduling, and special projects.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors.
- Coordinating meetings, events, programs, and school communications.
- Maintaining student records and other confidential information.
- Supporting student health, attendance, registration, and office services.
- Assisting with budgets, purchasing, inventory, and financial recordkeeping.
- Coordinating volunteers, student aides, and office support functions.
- Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Position Details & Benefits
This is a full-time position (8 hours per day) that requires flexibility in supporting the changing needs of students, families, and staff throughout the school day. The hourly rate is $21.28 - $27.43 (Column N of the 2025-26 Classified Wage Schedule).

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three years of progressively responsible administrative, secretarial, or office support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
