What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Silver Falls Coffee Co.?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare all beverages in accordance with our training and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service counter
- Cross train for all front of house positions
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Completes all scheduled and assigned tasks as required
- Assures continuous quality in regard to all beverages sold
Days & Hours:
Training hours will vary. Looking to fill a few opening shifts, and a few closing shifts. We are currently looking for someone to work Sunday 830-close, and Monday 930-close. We also would be wanting someone who could be flexible to fill in on shifts on other days as needed.
Physical Requirement of Position
- Regular lifting, up to 50lbs
- Stretching overhead, bending, reaching
- Standing for long periods of time
- Working efficiently in small space
Uniform
Close toed shoes, non-slip shoes required. Company t-shirt, and jeans. Appropriate shorts may be worn. Hair must be pulled back.
