Position Summary: Interfaces and services total sales department. Responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the organization. Responsible for tracking and analyzing various metrics and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the organization. Will assist in the development and coordination of projects to ensure that critical tasks are completed accurately, effectively, and distributed to relevant parties.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface with and service sales team as follows:
- Maintain, update, and communicate Sales and Incentive files
- Analyzes account level data utilizing Encompass, and Circana(IRI)
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and deliver relevant information as needed.
- Understand the business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry.
- Work with Sales Execution Manager to build and maintain any tracking metrics to ensure Silver Eagle Beverages alignment with Anheuser-Busch W.E.A.
- Use constructive feedback to improve quality and accuracy of reporting
- Work with specific chains to ensure pricing, description, and SKU information is correct in their respective databases
- Research any receiving issues that may arise in our major chains
- Run POG reports for non-alcohol suppliers as requested
- Understand how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements to meet Silver Eagle’s and Suppliers’ standards. Must be able to interpret data with a critical and analytical lens.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, summarize data and information into a format to be understood and comprehended by employees in all levels of the organization and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Interact and communicate professionally with a diverse group of colleagues including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Develop close personal/working relationships with all internal contact as well as external contacts, by following Company policies/practices as allowed by the T.A.B.C., to maximize all opportunities.
- Adhere to all state and federal anti-trust legislations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience and professional knowledge of beer brands, and like products is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Mathematical aptitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
