Position Overview
The Condo Resort Rental Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations related to rental units within a condo resort property. This includes managing reservations, guest services, housekeeping coordination, owner relations, maintenance workflows, revenue management support, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and skilled in hospitality operations with a strong focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Guest & Reservation Management
- Oversee all aspects of the reservation lifecycle, including inquiries, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure accurate listing information on booking platforms and internal systems.
- Maintain high service standards and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
- Coordinate concierge services, transportation, and special requests as needed.
Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination
- Schedule and supervise housekeeping turnover operations to ensure timely, high-quality cleaning.
- Coordinate maintenance work orders, inspections, and routine upkeep of rental units.
- Work with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards and compliance.
Operational Oversight
- Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory of linens, supplies, and guest amenities.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations including occupancy laws, fire safety, and rental guidelines.
- Oversee front desk operations if applicable.
Owner & Stakeholder Relations
- Communicate with condo owners regarding unit performance, maintenance needs, and guest feedback.
- Coordinate owner stays and ensure units remain rental-ready.
- Provide monthly performance updates and help optimize owner satisfaction.
Financial & Revenue Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting, cost management, and vendor invoice approvals.
- Support revenue management strategies including rate optimization, occupancy forecasting, and promotions.
- Oversee collection of rental income, deposits, and fees in collaboration with accounting teams.
Technology & Systems Management
- Manage PMS (Property Management System), OTA listings (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com), and internal software tools.
- Ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and adherence to operational processes.
Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in hospitality, resort operations, property management, or vacation rental management.
- Experience managing teams and working with property management or reservations systems.
- Must be familiar and know how to operate Escapia, create AirBnB and VRBO listings, etc..

- Proficiency with PMS/CRM systems, OTA platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions
- Flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
- On-call availability for urgent guest or property issues.
- May require standing, walking, or lifting of supplies.
