Silver Dove Afternoon Tea is Hiring Back Servers
Silver Dove Afternoon Tea is looking for part-time back servers for weekend shifts (possibly Fridays as well). Back servers at Silver Dove Afternoon Tea are responsible for making teas, clearing and re-setting tables, running food and drink, and providing other support to front of house staff where needed. This position has room for advancement to a full server position for employees that demonstrate aptitude and enthusiasm.
We have both part-time and on-call positions available. The part time back server position requires availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The on-call back server position does not require any particular time commitment; we would just call you if we need extra coverage (usually with at least 2 weeks' notice). On-call shifts are only available on weekends.
Skills and experience:
- Restaurant/cafe and or retail experience preferred but not required
Hours:
- Back server shifts are roughly 10:30AM-7:30PM
- Weekend availability required
Compensation:
- $25/hr
Silver Dove Afternoon Tea is a restaurant specializing in English style afternoon tea service. Opened in early 2023, we are an independently owned business with actively involved operators who have years of experience in Boston bars and restaurants.
