Job Summary
This is a Seasonal position with full-time hours. This position begins now and ends around 9/1/2025.
This role assists in both Administrative and Operational areas at White Water to maintain property records, coordinate with the human resources team, perform administrative functions, and handle monetary transactions, to ensure a smooth guest and employee experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Class E Driver’s License (or resident state equivalent)
Duties & Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned)

Answers park dispatch lines and relays messages; makes park announcements as needed.

Operates office equipment such as currency counters, computer terminals, calculators, and radios.

Receives funds from employees; verifies amounts; issues receipts for funds received.

Issues funds to departments and provides change as needed.

Completes daily vault counts; prepares detail bags for pickup; completes daily deposit and cash transactions.

Packs funds to be used the next day; attends to ATM machine operations.

Ensures proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards and Property Procedures.

Prepares, distributes, and maintains employee records and property files; coordinates onboarding processes and new hire paperwork.

Assists in the coordination and disbursement of corporate HR programs for the property.

Oversees property-specific employment events, park orientation (Welcome University), PCI compliance training, and departmental onboarding.

Orders, maintains, and inventories supplies, uniforms, and equipment; coordinates maintenance needs.

Manages the property’s purchasing program, maintains vendor files, and prepares outgoing mail and correspondence.

Supervises employees at Turnstiles, Rentals, Bag Check, Lockers, Cabanas, and Dispatch areas.

Plans and prepares work schedules; adjusts staffing based on daily attendance needs.

Evaluates staff performance, resolves employee disputes, and ensures adherence to safety standards and guest service expectations.

Handles guest inquiries and escalated complaints professionally and efficiently.

Assists with overall park operations including emergency procedures, customer issues, and other operational needs.

Follows and implements White Water’s disciplinary policies and procedures.

Supports cost-conscious practices and monitors department budgets.

Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions.

Demonstrates attention to detail; maintains confidentiality in all aspects of work.

Responds promptly to requests for service and assistance.

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with Kronos payroll systems and JD Edwards purchasing systems preferred.
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Two (2) years of administrative/secretarial experience required.

Previous leadership experience preferred.

Previous theme park or customer service experience is a plus.
