Job Summary: This position serves as a program-based role designed for individuals selected to participate in the FOCUS program. Participants support operations across multiple areas as assigned, helping deliver a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests while gaining exposure to a variety of responsibilities. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to guest service while working in a themed environment.
This is a Seasonal-Summer Position
Starts 05/31/2026 and Ends 08/07/2026

Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Uses equipment or machine assigned to complete tasks in a particular area.
- Provide specific, clear instructions to guests as needed to ensure their safety.
- Clean, maintain work/break area.
- Provides excellent guest service and handles guest concerns/questions as they come up.
- Completes daily, weekly, monthly assignments depending on instructions given by leadership.
- In some cases, will ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Remain flexible to train and work in multiple areas. Must be willing to change assignments with little or no notice to cover staffing shortages.
- Making customers feel welcome and appreciated.
- Maintaining a themed environment.
- Implementing shop closing/cleaning procedures.
- Maintaining positive, helpful relationships with teammates.
- Assists guests by answering questions, providing product information, and being available for related services.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests, teammates, and leadership.
- Ability to follow directions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while responding to guest questions or concerns.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Maintains attention to detail while completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn new skills, procedures, and responsibilities as part of program participation.
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and company policies while maintaining a themed environment.
Education & Experience:
- Must meet eligibility requirements for participation in the assigned program.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, or attractions experience preferred but not required.
- Prior experience working in a team-oriented or fast-paced environment preferred.
- Must be able to successfully complete all required program and on-the-job training.
