Working at one of the largest composting, mulching, recycling, mining and aggregate facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you will help process organic materials, maintain production flow, and support the company's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence

- Operate heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, skid steers, track loaders, excavators, and water trucks in support of compost operations.
- Move, stockpile, load, and process compost and organic materials efficiently and safely.
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections to ensure equipment is operating properly.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
- Follow all company, OSHA, and MSHA safety requirements while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Maintain accurate records related to equipment inspections, usage, and maintenance activities.
