Silver Creek Manufacturing is looking for a positive and versatile individual to join our team. This is a first shift, 4-10 hour workdays, Monday thru Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Support production by operating forklifts, cranes, conveyors or other equipment as necessary to move, stack, load/unload materials and products in and about the facility.
• Stage materials, packaging, tools and gages for production.
• Load and unload trucks to move items within the warehouse or production facility.
• Gather and distribute products and materials within the production area.
• Empty and refill scrap bins for production.
• Follow production instructions and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete required paperwork for all work procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Perform all other duties or tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent attendance.
• Must be able to drive a powered forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
