Silver Creek Manor is looking to hire a full-time Director of MDS. We focus on providing quality person-centered care while creating and providing a rewarding and enjoyable place to work.
Job Requirements
Must have previous Nursing Home experience.
Must be knowledgeable of long-term care nursing and medical practices
Must have excellent customer service skills and a teamwork attitude.
Must be a state-licensed RN.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multitask and oversee functions at the facility on a daily basis.
Must be able to work independently and make decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Basic computer literacy and skills
