Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Designing and delivering educational programs
Training to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and
Supports ongoing professional development within the healthcare team
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island or compact state.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing staff development in a Skilled Nursing and/or Long-Term Care setting.
